WHO IS KALIDOU?

Kalidou is the longest-standing distributor of DROPS yarns in France. We offer a wide selection of DROPS yarns online, as well as knitting needles, crochet hooks, buttons, and accessories for your knitting and crochet projects.

DO YOU CARRY THE FULL RANGE OF DROPS YARNS?

We offer a very wide selection of DROPS yarns, with many varieties and colors in stock: alpaca, merino, cotton, wool, blends, and fancy yarns.

DO THE BALLS OF YARN IN A SINGLE ORDER COME FROM THE SAME DYE LOT?

Yes. Thanks to our extensive stock, we do our utmost to ensure that all items of a specific color in a single order come from the same dye lot.

A COLOR IS OUT OF STOCK: HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE RESTOCK DATE?

Kalidou regularly receives new shipments. A dedicated page allows you to view upcoming deliveries and the specific color references involved.

CAN I RETURN BALLS OF YARN THAT DON'T SUIT ME?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items, provided the return conditions are met. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

HOW DOES THE KALIDOU LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Eligible products allow you to earn loyalty points: 1 point for every €10 spent. Once you have 30 points, you can redeem them for a €10 voucher.
