DROPS Andes is a 2-thread wool, spun in the traditional association 65% wool "Peruvian Highland" and 35% "superfine" alpaca. In this mixture, the alpaca brings the silky surface, and the wool increases the stability of the shape, the alpaca is a natural fiber from the fleece of the alpaca, an animal native to the Andes. The fibers are not treated, which means that the wool was only washed and was not exposed to chemical treatment before dyeing. This highlights the natural properties of the fibers, while giving a better quality of shape and texture.

DROPS Andes is a combination of two fibers, which creates a soft, warm and comfortable yarn. Andes wool is perfect for knitting winter projects such as sweaters, scarves, hats and indoor accessories such as blankets and cushions.

DROPS Andes exists in mix colors, which means that the wool is made by carding the colors together before spinning it, which gives this mix effect.

DROPS Andes is very easy to knit with large needles and large hooks and ideal for felting, its thick texture makes it an ideal wool for fast knitting and large yarn projects.

DROPS Andes is available in a variety of colors, ranging from natural and neutral tones to bright and bold shades.
